We are excited to announce that Loowit brewer Phil Rohner has been promoted to Head Brewer! Phil has been brewing at Loowit for about a year and a half. He brings a depth of knowledge and enthusiastic creativity to the position and is able to draw on years of brewing experience gained at Austin's famed (512) Brewing and Gnarly Barley Brewing in Hammond, Louisiana.
Former Head Brewer Matt Freeland has moved to a new position in the company utilizing his organizational skills and hospitality background as General Manager for Loowit's Pub.
