We are pleased to announce that this Wednesday the 22nd, Loowit and the Mount St Helens Institute (www.mshinstitute.org) are teaming up again. This months Volcano Views and Brews will be hosted in our tap room! We will be featuring a special presentation of a new documentary film called Finding David Douglas (www.findingdaviddouglas.org). Doors open and food from Foody Blues BBQ at 5pm. Film begins at 6:30pm. $5 suggested donation at the door. Cheers!

First Friday is just a few days away… We’ll have Foody Blues BBQ on hand for food and will be featuring some new art on the walls from a wonderful local photographer and friend of the brewery, Jake Bestgen.

Starting Thursday, February 21st, our tasting room will be open on Thursdays. Tasting room hours will be as follows:

Thursday: 4pm – 8pm (or close)
Friday: 4pm – 10pm (or close)
Saturday: 4pm – 10pm (or close)

Good fortune comes in many forms, such as rolling that d20 for a critical hit on a brewery Fan Monster, somersaulting out of a high-speed bicycle crash and landing on your feet, or even simply not reinjuring your ankle while demonstrating mad keg-vaulting skillz.

This week, we are all fortunate because the Loowit tasting room will be open on Saturdays beginning December 1st!

We introduced a new beer in the tasting room last night: Couverino CBA. This Cascadian Brown Ale is well endowed with 2 lbs of hops per barrel and has some seriously awesome flavor. Just more incentive to come out and visit us!
